He’s still God in the bad times!

I heard this song for the first time two days ago at Daughters of Zion– our Christian fellowship group on campus. The song spoke volumes to my heart, and I’m sharing since I’m on this encouragement roll right now! See here and here.

Mountains

God On the Mountain

(Lynda Randle)

Life is easy, when you’re up on the mountain
And you’ve got peace of mind, like you’ve never known.
But things change, when you’re down in the valley.
Don’t lose faith, for you’re never alone.

For the God on the mountain, is the God in the valley.
When things go wrong, He’ll make them right.
And the God of the good times
is still God in the bad times.
The God of the day is still God in the night.

We talk of faith way up on the mountain.
Talk comes so easy when life’s at its best.
Now down in the valleys, of trials and temptations
That’s where your faith, is really put to the test.

For the God on the mountain is the God in the valley.
When things go wrong, He’ll make them right.
And the God of the good times
is still God in the bad times.
The God of the day, is still God in the night.
The God of the day, is still God in the night.

God loves you so much, He died to worry about you. Don’t do His job!

I got the lyrics from here, and here is the video.
