The Privilege of Writing

Hello everyone, I hope you are all doing well! I’m doing fine, and just when I’m feeling settled into my internship, I realize that time is nearly up. I spoke with one of my friends about this and she reminded me that this is the point of an internship; just enough time for you to get used to things, but not get too comfortable. In all, I am immensely grateful for this summer. I have learnt a lot, and I am very grateful that I haven’t been too mentally challenged. After all, it’s still summer time! I did not do any writing in the month of July- the entire month. Once, I started this post to share my thoughts on how challenging writing is, especially when one has a full time 9-5 job, and is trying to have a life as well. I have come to realize that sacrifices are part of life, and that prioritizing is immensely important. However, the story is not all sad and soppy. While I have not been able to …
