Dear friend and family members. Thank you for your support of this blog. I remember the first time I told my dear, dear friend Priscilla, that I wanted to start a blog, where I would primarily share my faith and love for God. She asked what was stopping me and I had no answer. I knew how to use wordpress, and blogging is basically free. I know how to write, and most importantly, the blog content wouldn’t exactly come from me, but from the Holy Spirit stuff. Basically, I had nothing holding me back, except myself. Today, I looked at my statistics and I’ve had over 10,000 views. Is this me? Writing from my tiny dorm room that witnessed a lot of tears, fears, and victories. And today, I’ve had over 10,000 views. It’s alright if you don’t think this is a big deal. I personally live by Zechariah 4:10 “Do not despise these small beginnings, for the Lord rejoices to see the work begin, to see the plumb line in Zerubbabel’s hand.” This blog has become a source …
“I lift my eyes to the hills, from whence cometh my help?” Where are you expecting your help to come from? It has to come from the Lord. He’s the only only who’s bound by Himself to never leave nor forsake you. He and He alone.
Oh, nothing too serious. Just the ways that Jesus has been coming through for me, and blowing all my expectations away!
The secret to the dwelling place of The Most High is praise. We don’t want friends who always yap at us, yet we always do the same thing to God. It’s time to put some praise on it! Praise God not only for what He’s done, but more so, for who He is!
Purposeful practice requires intent, focus, feedback, and specific goals. Do you apply this to your relationship with the Lord? You definitely should try. Read more on the blog.
You don’t only worship God when you’re in church or with a gathering of believers. Worship should be intimate and personal. Here’s some great live music to help you get started.
I love art that speaks to my soul- so I love good music. What’s even better is when the music is accompanied by stellar visuals. And that’s what Darey Art Alade has done in his “Pray for me” video! Check it out!
It’s graduation season again. Many of us will experience several changes, but what’s most important it that the Lord provides people wherever we find ourselves. How comforting is that?!
This is the final part of our short story told from this really young child’s perspective. It’s a little bit of a sad ending, but what’s life without the occasional valleys?
How do you exercise your faith in your daily activities? How do you express your desire for something? In earnest prayer and supplication? And how do you deal with the disappointment?
